Graphic House Work Space is a family-run business offering superior quality, and great value, private offices in a converted historic factory. We offer flexible notice periods which is great for new businesses. Formerly a hosiery factory from the late 1800s, the building was tastefully converted to house 14 private offices across two levels, as well as a licensed function and meeting room for hosting business events and celebrations.

We started Graphic House Work Space with the aim of providing a comfortable and inspiring work environment for freelancers, entrepreneurs, and small businesses. We knew that traditional office spaces were not always suitable for their needs, and they wanted to create a space that would meet the demands of modern professionals and creatives.

We offer a range of facilities and we're very flexible, so rooms can be altered to suit the needs of your business. Our monthly fee is fully inclusive of utility bills, WiFi, refuse collection, use of maintained kitchen and washrooms, and parking. We also have a licensed event centre for business meetings or private parties, which is always available for our clients' use.
